All our clients get a link to their own folder on Google drive that securely stores all documents you upload there. At our practice, we store all our client's information in these folders, keeping it all together and easy to access. The only people with access to the files are the client themself and us at the office.
This has saved us so much time and office space, not having to keep a large number of files stored away.
To download this app go to the App store or Google play, search for Adobe Scan and make sure the icon looks like the one on top.
It is very easy to set up. You will only need your email address. There is also no need to pay for the premium version. The free version will be able to do everything you need.
